Services
Every neurodivergent family experiences struggles and oftentimes communication breaks down. I’m here to help you get back on track.
I work with families that include neurodivergent teenagers and/or young adults, who are often working to define themselves and explore their identity. Together, we explore why parents can be at odds with their neurodivergent children, and deepen how families can learn from and support one another — finding a balance that works for everyone.
Family Therapy
Being neurodivergent comes with a whole host of challenges. It can leave you with self-doubt, questions about your identity, or a feeling of being lost or swept up. Or sometimes, we feel so overwhelmed that we don’t know where to begin.
My type of therapy can help you focus and prioritize the important things, learn to not sweat the small stuff, and how to breathe new meaning and purpose into your life. Together, let’s change the way you see yourself — because you’re incredible.
Individual Therapy
What to expect
Prior to first session
Before we meet for our first session, we will have a phone or video consultation so that I can get to know more about why you are seeking therapy. During this call we will set up a time to meet going forward. I will then send you an invite to set up your client portal.
First session
The first session will be about getting to know you and settling into therapy. We will talk about your expectations for therapy and I will ask you questions about your life to get a better idea of who you are.
Fees
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, at a rate of $250 per session for telehealth and $265 for in-person. Individual therapy sessions typically occur once per week on an ongoing basis.
